GSAR Marketing is located in the Centre of Madrid, in one of the most exclusive parts of the city, yet a commercial area. The office is located in a ground floor with entrance through the buildings main street door. There is a public parking at only 20 meters from the office.

The office has a total of 160 m2 with a large receiving area with a desk, a large office with 7 desks plus two separate executive offices, one with a conference area.

The office has the latest generation computer network with 10 terminals, two multifunction devices, two high-quality laser printers and two scanners. There is a high-level, full-featured phone system for up to 20 lines and 20 terminals –with 10 in service–. There are 6 lines available at the moment to assign in exclusivity to new accounts.

There is a 30m2 lounge room with all the facilities: TV, fridge, coffee maker, microware oven, a luncheon table with chairs… There is also a washing facility plus two W.C., one for ladies and another for gents. There is a large stock room with a heavy-duty copy machine.
