The oldest international MICE B2B tradeshow in Europe returns to Madrid, from the 18th to the 20th of January, 2026, at Rafaelhoteles Atocha, host hotel and official sponsor of the event.

The previous edition concluded successfully with the participation of more than 120 companies hailing from 27 countries. The event received more than 500 buyer registrations from 60 countries, garnering great interest from exhibitors who booked 100% of the available spaces. MITM Events, organizing company and pioneer in the organization of cultural and MICE B2B tradeshows since 1997, expects between 500 y 800 registrations, from which the 60 best companies will be selected to participated based on their purchasing power. 

MITM Europe – MICE & Business –has taken place in twenty-one cities across eight countries, and gathers around 120 participants hailing from 25 countries, exclusively directors and executives of corporate companies, incentive agencies, international associations, event planners, congress organizers, luxury agencias, and tour operators with a MICE focus.

The program for the event offers an agenda of up to 30 preestablished appointments accompanied with a high-impact networking program, promoting contact between all participants and fostering business-links, thus guaranteeing a return on investment.
